These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and offers provided by Vincetrading. By using these services—including courses, content, and community access—the client agrees to be bound by the terms outlined herein. A "Client" is defined as anyone entering into an agreement with Vincetrading, which may include services, courses, or community membership deals. All stated prices include VAT unless specified otherwise.

All content provided remains the intellectual property of Vincetrading. Any reproduction, distribution, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate removal from the service or community, without refund.

Clients have the right to withdraw from an agreement within 14 days of purchase, provided that the course or content has not yet been accessed. If any course material has been accessed, the right of withdrawal becomes void.

Vincetrading offers educational content only and does not provide certified financial advice. All information should be used for educational purposes, and clients are fully responsible for any decisions made based on the content. It is recommended that clients consult professional advisors before taking any action.

Clients must maintain confidentiality regarding any information shared within courses or community groups, and this obligation continues even after the agreement ends. A breach of confidentiality will result in a penalty of €7,500 plus an additional 10% of the fine per day of violation. Such breaches may also result in immediate removal from the community, with no entitlement to a refund. Vincetrading reserves the right to seek further legal damages as necessary.

Finally, Vincetrading is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from third-party involvement. The use of all services is entirely at the client's own risk.
